We're fundraising for a defibrillator

A Future In Sport have started a Crowdfunding page on the JustGiving web site to raise money for a defibrillator and secure cabinet to be installed on the side of the club house on The Bronte site in Normanton as part of their duty of care to people using the site for sport or other recreational activity.

The initial target of £1295 would pay for a defibrillator and secure cabinet, the combination would then be logged with the emergency services to enable the device to be used out of hours by anyone in the surrounding area experiencing a cardiac arrest.

Any funding over this amount will be used to provide free training courses to sports clubs and other users of the site through our Community Partner and local charity, Heartbeat of Sport.
