Ged is responsible for the ongoing and everyday management of the company including recruitment and selection, contract management and liaison with local authorities, councillors and other partner organisations.

Tony is responsible for working with the Community and Sports Liaison Groups to provide a link between the local community, local sports clubs, Board of Directors and Trustees.
Sarah Garside
Trustee & Non-Executive Director
Sarah provides legal support to the organisation and ensures it complies with all appropriate legislation, contracts and agreements.
Darren Norwood
Facilities Director
Darren is responsible for the management of the facilities on our sites including management of bookings, organisation of maintenance work to the pitches and buildings, opening and closing of the facility.
Geoff Walker
Non-Executive Finance Director
Geoff contributes to the attainment of our objectives by providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the our financial commitments are met.  Geoff also advises us in developing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of our business.
Richard Crummack
Business Development Manager
Richard is responsible for identifying commercial opportunities to feed into the development of our sites and the support of partner organisations and sports clubs currently working with us.
Jennifer Connolly-Thompson
HR & Finance Manager
Jennifer supports the Managing Director and Finance Director in mapping and controlling the costs of the business according to the business plan, ensuring that invoices are raised for services provided and liaising with the Company Accountants for audit/compliance; monitoring staff appraisals, production of company policies and procedures and contracts.
Emily Cheetham
Marketing Executive
Emily works with the Managing Director and Business Development Manager to identify mechanisms for generating additional income for the services and facilities offered by the company and working with partner sports clubs and community organisations to develop and execute marketing strategies to help increase their membership.
