Conversion To A Charity

In line with undertakings provided to Wakefield Metropolitan District Council we have submitted an application to the Charities Commission to register a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.

We expect to have an answer from the Commission within the next eight weeks and until this time will continue to operate under the current legal structure of a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee.
